Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect:

• your name, email address, and phone number;
• your ZIP code or property and address information, when applicable;
• the types of insurance you want help with;
• vehicle information, driver names, and driver dates of birth for auto requests; and
• optional contact preferences and other quote or context information you choose to provide.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and performance. It may record page views and limited interactions such as quote-button clicks, general insurance-type selections, and quote-step progress. The site's implemented analytics events are designed not to send information entered into quote fields, including names, contact details, addresses, vehicle or driver details, dates of birth, and free-text responses.

How we use information

We use information to:

• review, process, obtain, or service the insurance request you make;
• contact you by phone or email about that request;
• operate and protect the quote-request process; and
• understand and improve website use when limited analytics is enabled.

Requesting a quote starts a request for help. It does not purchase insurance or bind coverage.

When we share information

We may share information with insurers and service providers when reasonably necessary to process, obtain, or service your insurance request. We do not sell customer or quote information. We also do not share customer or quote information for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Retention, minimization, and security

Quote-request data stored in our quote system, including related records and driver dates of birth, is retained for 60 days and then removed through our existing retention process. Driver dates of birth are not included in quote-notification emails.

We seek to collect only information reasonably needed for the request and use reasonable safeguards designed to protect it. No method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Submitted personal information is not sent to site analytics or included in ordinary application logs.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your quote request, email info@cliftinsurance.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the request. We will review and respond to your request as appropriate.

Changes to this notice

If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we will post the revised notice on this page and update its effective date.
